Ada Lovelace who is also refered to as the first programmer by many people, is a woman who had a background in
math. Although Lovelace only lived for 37 years, she is known as one of the most important figures related to
the World Wide Web. Some things she accomplished in her life include that she made a program for the prototype
of the digital computer which was made by Charles Babbage. The World Wide Web, and all digital items we use
today are based on top of the creation of the program, and is the foundation of the digital world today. One
other thing Ada Lovelace did was that she made notes of a article written by a Italian mathematician and
engineer named Luigi Federico Menabrea which included the thoughts that computers would be used for more than
just math, and her predictions were true as today computers are the database and foundation of information,
entertainment, and more.
